How to Personalize Your Order

Personalizing a MAAT gift takes a few minutes. Here is how it works.

Step 1: Choose your product

Pick a gift from the gift guide, or go straight to engraved jewelry, custom t-shirts, personalized blankets, wall art or the family tree designer.

Step 2: Personalize in the live preview

Add your name, date, message or photo, or pick a design. The preview updates as you type, so you see exactly what you will receive.

Step 3: Add to cart

Choose your size or variant and add the gift to your cart. For a present, tick the gift option and write a message.

Step 4: We make it and ship it

Each item is made to order and shipped to you, with delivery in 7 to 12 days. For Christmas, order personalized gifts by December 7.

Can I modify my order after payment?

Yes, as long as production has not started. Write to contact@maatuniverse.com quickly.

What if I am not satisfied?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the result does not match your order, contact us and we will make it right.

Which photo formats work?

JPG or PNG photos work best. Use a clear photo with good light.
