Track Your Order
Every Maat Universe order can be followed from the moment it is confirmed until it reaches your door. Here are the two easiest ways to check where your order is.
Option 1: From your confirmation email
After your purchase, we sent you an order confirmation email. Click the "View your order" button in that email: it opens your personal order status page, updated in real time with tracking information as soon as your package ships.
Option 2: From your customer account
Sign in with the email address you used at checkout - no password needed, we simply send you a one-time code. You will find all your orders and their current status.
Personalized items - a note on timing
Personalized creations (engraved jewelry, portraits, custom posters) are made to order. Delivery takes 7 to 12 days, and every product page shows the estimated arrival dates. For Christmas, order personalized gifts by December 7.
