Shipping, Delivery and Returns

Delivery: 7 to 12 days

Every MAAT Universe product is made to order after your payment. Most orders arrive in 7 to 12 days after payment, production and transport included, with tracking. The estimated arrival date is shown on each product page and in your cart.

A few categories have their own timing, always shown on their page: Christmas stockings and decor take about 10 to 20 days (order by November 25), and family trees start after you approve the proof. Products that need a photo or a text start once it is received and approved by our team. Holidays, weather and customs can add time.

Shipping costs

Canada: free from $75 CAD, otherwise a standard rate shown at checkout.
United States: free from $100 CAD, otherwise the rate shown at checkout.
Other countries: the rate is shown at checkout. Customs fees and import taxes, if any, are paid by the customer.

Returns and satisfaction guarantee

Personalized and made-to-order items are made specifically for you, so we cannot accept returns for a simple change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, write to contact@maatuniverse.com within 30 days of receiving it, with your order number and photos. We will review it and replace it or refund you.

Standard items (not personalized, not on sale) can be returned within 30 days, in the condition you received them, with proof of purchase. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Please review your personalization details, size and estimated delivery date before you order. The full text is in our refund policy and shipping policy.
